I loved my manager, she made working there so much fun and taught me a lot about how she runs the business. I recommend this job if you don't mind putting in the hard work of washing dishes and scraping ice cream, and if you enjoy customer interaction. I walked away with having a mastery of customer service experience, in person and on the phone, which is a great skill to have.
