Pros
-First time job with tip -Can be fun at times -Ice cream is great -Usually pretty easy -Ability to move up fairly easily if you're 18 -Nice people (aside from management)
Cons
Dealing with management was an entire hassle and deterrent in and of itself throughout my employment. I quit due to a better job offer, to be honest. Not that bad of a first time job, but if you can find a better job, I'd suggest it.
