Suggestions are taken seriously and will either be assessed locally or escalated to the national office where appropriate. Associates can speak with anyone with whom they are comfortable - within or outside of the region - a leader, HR, member of the focus group. Effective 2 way communication and an ownership stake in improvement initiatives is key to making this a great place to have a career. No one has been asked to post a "phony" review at the State of the Firm meeting or any other time.
