Extremely toxic and dysfunctional. All the components that create a bad culture are here: bullies, political environment, favoritism, constant mergers without a good way of integrating the acquired personnel, hoarding of billable work, unrealistic budgets, undermining and backstabbing each other, pressure to charge more but no real incentives provided, hiring staff for busy season and then firing them after April 15, managers without managerial skills who enjoy ripping people to shreds, many who know very little but still extremely arrogant...too many things to list but it is not a good place unless you are a bully who enjoys the sport of demoralizing and demeaning everyone.
