Pros
It is a good place to grow. Exposure to all kind of work is available, therefore, there are many learning opportunities. Generally, people is nice. There are many good treats for the employees (massage, snacks, meals, events), as well as a good balance between work and life
Cons
The bottom line is that you are just a number... realization. Also, promotions do not seem to be aligned with hard work or knowledge; they seem to be more aligned to who you are associated to or who you work with. At the end of the day, if you are not material for promotion and they need your spot fo someone below you that is being promoted, you are out of the door.
