Pros
Some perks and pay is decent.
Cons
You interview with several different people who are all on different pages. Conflicting information from all sides form break times to hours. They make it seem as though they are friendly and understanding and promote work/life balance, but that was not my experience. You get ZERO feedback for anything you are doing right or wrong. The on site manager I dealt with was unpleasant. The hiring process was about 3-4 weeks. Management makes their own assumptions and accusations. I was accused of several bizarre and completely unfounded things during my time there. I have never experienced such humiliation as the two managers berated and accused me of all these strange things, in a conference room. In the meantime, there was absolutely no work to do. None of the reasons they gave were related to actual work. The one manager in particular seemed overly emotional and did not exhibit strong management skills. They were not kind at all. As for the work/life balance, doesn’t apply. Very poorly orchestrated for new hires. I’m too embarrassed to mention the other bizarre things I was accused of. Too unbelievable and I’m still trying to process.
