Pros
Good learning environment, welcoming team members, and a lot of available resources to be sure accounting applied to client transactions are correct.
Cons
Limited understanding / clarity of continued role with the firm. Lack of clear communication from local leadership over staffing and far too many unexpected / unannounced staff through partner level terminations. Management seems to higher aggressively when market needs exist and quickly terminations when there is a market slow down. This method to management staff head count creates a lot of stress / anxiety in the day-to-day work place.
