I have been working with the company from last 4 years. And i never faced any issues so far with them. They are really good in all terms. They filled my H1b. and they also filed my green card just now. And whenever my project gets over they find me another project in few days so that i dont need to wait much on bench. The CEO of the Company is the best person i have ever met. He really takes care of all of your services. So basically you can say that i am rising with the Company.
