      Pros

      Great people, positive atmosphere, training is top notch! From CSR positions to management our training classes are the best of the best; great family friendly schedule! The best finance company I've ever worked for. Our employees leave at 5 pm. On time each day; Experienced upper management willing to help at any time, motivating conference calls, great pay, paid holidays, ins after 30 days of employment. I just love my job*** so happy I came to mariner... Great company all the way around.

      Cons

      None so far... Great AVP, great VP! Working till 7 once a week. But you get off at 5 all the other 4 days...

      Pros

      They will go above and beyond to get you approved for a loan.

      Cons

      The culture wasn’t the best, you’re also basically a bill collector, at an extreme level. Calling people 3x a day, even calling their job and potential relatives. Training wasn’t actually training, it was an hour a day. You’re at work for 8 hours but training was only 1 hour.
