      Pros

      I work in HQ, the attitude is more laid back then the branches. There are engagement activities like food trucks and other fun breaks. I work as part of a team and everyone is encouraged to speak their mind. All opinions are valued. I feel challenged and valued. I feel like I'm being fairly compensated and the benefits are great.

      Cons

      The company is currently growing rapidly and past of several pilot programs. Sometimes it makes me worry these pilot programs aren't going to work and people may be let go, I feel a bit uncertain in my role. Also, we're being asked to do a lot of things that were not part of our job description going in because so many things are up in the air.

      Pros

      They will go above and beyond to get you approved for a loan.

      Cons

      The culture wasn’t the best, you’re also basically a bill collector, at an extreme level. Calling people 3x a day, even calling their job and potential relatives. Training wasn’t actually training, it was an hour a day. You’re at work for 8 hours but training was only 1 hour.
