Pros

The company has a lot of growth potential, giving employees a lot of opportunities to grow, take on a lot of responsibility, explore new ideas and participate in big projects. Awesome HR department! They are always available to employees, pleasant, intelligent, hardworking, and always go above and beyond.

Cons

Executive team lacks diversity which holds them back from being as successful as possible - they are too close minded for the amount of potential the company has. Very outdated pay rates for current roles...low paying compared to competitors. Not many perks for employees and the organization lacks employee engagement although HR has made strides in engaging employees. Employees are unmotivated and it shows, which makes it a difficult work environment to be in day in and day out. Company culture is pretty bland, especially if you are working in the field.

Pros

They will go above and beyond to get you approved for a loan.

Cons

The culture wasn’t the best, you’re also basically a bill collector, at an extreme level. Calling people 3x a day, even calling their job and potential relatives. Training wasn’t actually training, it was an hour a day. You’re at work for 8 hours but training was only 1 hour.
