      Mostly 5 day work week.

      Cons

      Working late on Tuesday. They took away 1 hr lunches and now we have 30 min lunches only. Last day of the month if numbers are not met, have to work til whenever They tell you to. Expensive healthcare options. Take so much away from the branch then complain when goals are not met. Not very clear with Month over month ROA reports. Huge turnover lately and consolidating so many branches.

      Pros

      They will go above and beyond to get you approved for a loan.

      Cons

      The culture wasn’t the best, you’re also basically a bill collector, at an extreme level. Calling people 3x a day, even calling their job and potential relatives. Training wasn’t actually training, it was an hour a day. You’re at work for 8 hours but training was only 1 hour.
