Inconsistent - Manager Mariner Finance Employee Review

Very poor underwriting and risk modeling from HQ. We at the branch are held responsible for bad loans we do not make. My branch has suffered with bonus limited due to high delinquency. Hypocrisy in covid policy. SVP traveling to multiple branches in my branches area for a week in direct violation of Mariners travel policy in place to protect employee’s from Covid. On several occasions, employees have been asked to submit reviews at internet job sites in a blatant attempt to generate positive reviews.
