Pros

The Paid Time Off and holiday's off is an expected plus

Cons

If your looking for a company that will work you you to the bone as well as provide the bare minimum in regards to compensation you have found the golden ticket. The company likes to think they are making improvements to enhance employee compensation by frequently changing their commission structure when in reality they're just lining their pockets further at the expense of the employee. Every year more work is expected and if your not on track you will be blatenly chastised and threatened with additional work and further training. Do your self a favor and don't work here, most other financial institutions will pay you a more livable wage and and with less internal stress.

Pros

They will go above and beyond to get you approved for a loan.

Cons

The culture wasn’t the best, you’re also basically a bill collector, at an extreme level. Calling people 3x a day, even calling their job and potential relatives. Training wasn’t actually training, it was an hour a day. You’re at work for 8 hours but training was only 1 hour.
