Pros
None -- worst job of my life
Cons
There is no flexibility for schedules -- they will even tell you your PTO was approved and then decline it last minute for any excuse they can come up with. Their "bonus" program is laughable (and pretty much non-existent) by setting their employees up to fail with ridiculously high expectations that are pretty much impossible to hit and have never been hit in the company's history. You will be required to work overtime , sometimes with little to no warning, and threatened to be fired if you say no for any reason. Expect to be called in on your time off as well, even if you call in sick, you will still get a call later to see if you can come in yet. Mariner does not care about their employees -- nor do they care about how employees treat one another! Sure, file a complaint with HR, nothing will come of it but a small discussion....and then if it gets worse, they brush it under the rug and tell you to just move on.
