Constant ranking to show how bad your branch is doing, old technology, more reports than are necessary, condescending management, complete lack of empathy and lack of work-life balance If you're not in their chair for 40 hours plus a week you're not doing your job and they absolutely do not care, low pay for the amount of work,excessive marketing , sell sell sell, They will dangle a golden carrot in front of your face but if you bite it you're going to break your teeth, They constantly say their bonus program is good it's more like you have to jump through a hoop like a dog at a circus.
