Pros

Metrics were outlined in a way where you know what you should be doing. They hire without degrees so good place to get your foot-in-the-door. Benefits were relatively good, 401k plan was decent, PTO was decent Transfer within departments if performance reviews are good and you want to explore other roles. I've seen people join Mariner & work hard and get promotions and grow within the company, some have come from other companies and some have started with no degrees. I believe if you are early in your career this is an amazing place to start/

Cons

Metrics can be a little tricky to hit. Some reviews have said managers play favorites but this is Corporate America it is the same everywhere, play the game and get along with management. Pay can be low
