Support staff work hard doing hard work. Attorneys are appreciative to the work that staff do to make the system work.

Cons

Support from managment is minimal. Direct supervisors do not have the knowlege of the support task duties of the staff that they supervise. Computer system has multiple bugs, not system related IT issues make doing the work more challenging than necessary.
