      - its a big company that has internal opportunities

      - lack of diversity and even if my position was in California, a lot of my my teammates were from out of state (mostly south)

      WFH part time, benefits, group events

      Cons

      Micromanagement, deceptive management, RO runs through team members and lies to upper management, disorganized teams, cross dept communication is chaotic, multiple project management platforms have to be used on the same project because different depts/teams use the one they prefer, upper management has no oversight or consequences for their mistakes
