Where do I start? A tremendous effort is placed in corporate "cheer leading". The company is staging itself to break apart into separate entities. This makes sense if the result is to sell off profitable pieces and dissolve the unprofitable ones...and still, the "smoke and mirrors" campaign continues by management. Wages are not that of industry standards (enter more corporate propaganda). Advancement opportunities are almost nonexistent, and when there are promotions, the pattern seems to be to promote the inept...at all management levels. Want a future? Look elsewhere.
