      The company is growing and this presents a lot of opportunities. There are some really great managers and the leadership at the top of the organization really sets a clear vision.

      Cons

      Some times promotions take a long time to work through the system. People with bad attitudes should find some where else to work.

      WFH part time, benefits, group events

      Cons

      Micromanagement, deceptive management, RO runs through team members and lies to upper management, disorganized teams, cross dept communication is chaotic, multiple project management platforms have to be used on the same project because different depts/teams use the one they prefer, upper management has no oversight or consequences for their mistakes
