Pros

Good teams pulled several poorly planned projects out of fire at last minute. Automotive clients tend to look other way as many have been working with Maritz for 10+ years.

Cons

Unbelievably bad management from VP level and above. Most are rewarded for being there a long time and being in the right click. Sales targets unattainable from day one and set that way so minimal bonus money paid out. IT technology at a minimum 5 years behind...sales calls were constantly "bringing a knife to a gun fight."

Pros

Some of the people are great to work. They are friendly and helpful when you need them.

Cons

Toxic managers who show favoritism to people they like. They operate in their own bubble and your advancement is pretty much scripted to what they want you to know and do. When their are challenges, some manager will ignore the issue even through they know its problematic. Don't speak up for yourself or you will be labeled. You will also constantly be in fear of your position being eliminated. They have challenges maintaining accounts and will do whatever to keep the numbers up.
