      Some good people. Valued friendships.

      Cons

      Loss of good managers. Retention of poor management. Willing to let senior experienced people go. Does not value loyalty and sincere drive to perform for the company.

      WFH part time, benefits, group events

      Cons

      Micromanagement, deceptive management, RO runs through team members and lies to upper management, disorganized teams, cross dept communication is chaotic, multiple project management platforms have to be used on the same project because different depts/teams use the one they prefer, upper management has no oversight or consequences for their mistakes
