I am truly sorry to hear you were frustrated by your experience, and we never want to hear that our employees don’t think we’re listening to their concerns. We understand your complaints about work/life balance on the Service Desk, and we’ve been working diligently to improve flexibility for those few jobs that require specific and formal scheduling while still ensuring success for our customers. With respect to our client technology, we strive to stay current with ever-changing technology. We’ve invested tens of millions of dollars on refreshing, replacing and/or re-platforming our technology over the past three years, and plan to continue to make improvements in the near future.
