Pros
Truthfully, I can not think of a single pro about this company other than it gave me a place to go eight hours of day and make some pittance of money.
Cons
The call centre agents are treated like the scum of the earth. Even though I always scored in the top percentile in my department, it was never enough. I was continuously lied to about becoming a full time Martiz worker (not sure if it's different now, but at the time all call centre workers were hired though a temp agency). I found out that they hadn't actually hired anyone from the temp agency for going on 5 years. They did eventually hire 4 people as full time Martiz employees. This was out of a pool of 1500 or so. The building I worked out of was a remodeled warehouse that wasn't probably insulated, and the vent system spewed out black dust so you had to clean your cubical daily. There was a great cafeteria, but because of distance, no one in my building could use it because there wasn't enough time to go there, eat, and come back.
