Pros
18 days of PTO to start off with, the whole week off between Christmas and New Year's Some really great and knowledgeable people. Interesting clients to work with. David Peckinpaugh and other c-suite execs seem to put conscious effort into promoting a good culture.
Cons
Lower than average pay compared to equivalent roles at other companies. Insurance is far from great I'm not happy in my current role, but that's more of a management and personnel issue. It's bad enough that it's created high levels of turnover in my department, but little is being done to solve it. That being said, I wouldn't say anything bad about the company as a whole. With the lower pay, it's going to be the people you work with that will make or break it. Sure, every place will have a few bad eggs, but it's become a little too broken and the lower-than-average pay does not make it worth it.
