Pros
Maritz really has a family feel. When I was there they recruited employees to fit the culture, which is one of 'work hard, have fun, get the job done.' They really live by this. They reward their employees with parties and recognition. In turn, they expect hard work and for everyone to get along and be kind to one another. If you're a crabby person who gets by doing the least, is not kind to your fellow co-workers, and doesn't like to have a little fun in the workplace, you won't be a good fit.
Cons
Due to the client-dependent nature of the business, they often have reductions in force. When it's time to staff up again, they never reach out to former, valuable employees. They own so much real estate, they will never consider a remote-only work culture.
