      Pros

      decent pay good entry level job- if you can get in for a job, it's a good place to start out. The people are nice enough if you learn to talk the company line and drink the kool-aid

      Cons

      nepotism, it's all about who you know to even get in the front door upper management has no clue on how to lead well people are too busy just trying to keep their jobs to do anything of real substance no real opportunties for moving up

      no real cons, but need to be an advocate for yourself to earn salary increases and promotions.

      WFH part time, benefits, group events

      Cons

      Micromanagement, deceptive management, RO runs through team members and lies to upper management, disorganized teams, cross dept communication is chaotic, multiple project management platforms have to be used on the same project because different depts/teams use the one they prefer, upper management has no oversight or consequences for their mistakes
