Pros
Great people and excellent corporate culture, there is always something to be a part of! The pay is good too, most of the time.
Cons
Benefits are good, but could be better. Entitled residents will occasionally get the better of you. Climbing the “ladder” takes a long time and is more about availability and proximity than potential sometimes, nevertheless they always push to promote from within and develop their people.
