Pros

The training is decent and the benefits are pretty good. The clothes that you're required to wear are picked out by corporate but are very nice.

Cons

It seems the more you kiss butt and become friends with people from corporate the better (and only) chance you'll have of moving up in the company.

Pros

- Beautiful communities - Great training opportunities - Competitive pay

Cons

- Upper management does not give transparent feedback - Upper management will ask you to coach struggling team member's, but not support you when the team member's complain about being coached - Inconsistent internal hiring processes - Guiding principles are weaponized to justify shady HR practices - There are known corporate team members, that if you get on their "bad side" you will not be treated fairly
