      The are very good at branding, beautiful properties, Great Asset Managers

      Cons

      Nothing site level really matters on the executive level. If you don't fit the "Mark Taylor" mold and conform to everything right or wrong you don't fit in. Favors the long term employees and they can do no wrong. Examples are being made out of some but not all

      - Beautiful communities - Great training opportunities - Competitive pay

      Cons

      - Upper management does not give transparent feedback - Upper management will ask you to coach struggling team member's, but not support you when the team member's complain about being coached - Inconsistent internal hiring processes - Guiding principles are weaponized to justify shady HR practices - There are known corporate team members, that if you get on their "bad side" you will not be treated fairly
