Pros

You have to be in the “in crowd” and if you don’t stroke the ego of your superiors, you get exiled. Over worked and under paid

Cons

Everything. This company used to be so great but there are people that were with the company 15/20 years and up and leaving. That should say enough

Pros

- Beautiful communities - Great training opportunities - Competitive pay

Cons

- Upper management does not give transparent feedback - Upper management will ask you to coach struggling team member's, but not support you when the team member's complain about being coached - Inconsistent internal hiring processes - Guiding principles are weaponized to justify shady HR practices - There are known corporate team members, that if you get on their "bad side" you will not be treated fairly
