Pros

Slight. They get you excited to drink the koolaid and omit the part where it’s poison.

Cons

A new corporate position is conjured up every couple months as all properties are struggling to fully staff themselves they keep making new positions with no face to face role at all and constantly undermine their on site employees. $17/hour and not consistent with inflation, if you value being treated like a person you wouldn’t do well as an employee of Mark-Taylor.

Pros

- Beautiful communities - Great training opportunities - Competitive pay

Cons

- Upper management does not give transparent feedback - Upper management will ask you to coach struggling team member's, but not support you when the team member's complain about being coached - Inconsistent internal hiring processes - Guiding principles are weaponized to justify shady HR practices - There are known corporate team members, that if you get on their "bad side" you will not be treated fairly
