The pay at this company is notably below industry standards. As an Assistant Manager of Community Operations, I earn $22.50 an hour, which is surprisingly low given the responsibilities and workload. For comparison, a Leasing Agent—an entry-level role—can earn between $22 and $25 an hour elsewhere. Despite claims of treating employees with respect and like family, my experience has been quite the opposite. I faced a significant HR issue, only to have my concerns about safety disregarded by the company. Additionally, the work environment is plagued by cliques.
