      Great culture, good people, decent pay, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Can be a bit slow to evolve and is at times reactive rather than progressive from a D&I perspective (e.g. shared parental leave policy didn't come in until 2020, opted to not publish the then non-compulsory gender pay gap report in 2020).
