Pros

Experience in the insurance industry, co-workers were okay. I'm sure other departments are great to work in, just not customer service.

Cons

If you love extreme anxiety and depression, this is the job for you. It doesn't matter how much the customers love and appreciate you, if you don't meet every metric, you will not belong here. You will only be a number to them. Being buddies / Facebook friends with the micromanaging supervisor will help you be more liked, obviously. You will not get compensated for the amount of work you do, nor will you be appreciated. HR was nothing but a nightmare, absent throughout my tenure working here, very rude, and made me genuinely question why I worked there at all.
