      Pros

      The new leadership that was brought in is an absolute abysmal perplexing decision. I can't really understand why we brought in a "Technology Leader" who knows nothing about technology and continues to have obfuscating conversations with people that know what they're doing. Welcome to the Urban Meyer world at Markel.
