Pros
Strong culture of inclusivity, diversity. They are working hard to hire people with diverse backgrounds, cultures and races/ethnic groups. More relaxed than many large companies, but that doesn't mean they aren't focused on profit! They work hard and play hard and reward their people for their work.
Cons
Pay is not on-par with similar roles in the area I live Technology can be a challenge at times, though the are working to improve things.
