Pros

If you have a really bad record and are a felon this might be the place for you.

Cons

Over time all benefits have been eroded. The promises of layover, PTO, etc. that are listed in their advertisements are all lies. Layover is rarely paid, all PTO is earned under sick leave there is no such thing as vacation pay. Driver Managers are a glorified answering service that cannot make any decisions. If they bother to answer the phone, which often rings until it hangs up on you, the hold music is more lis and propaganda and if they answer they can’t help you. The ELDs they run are garbage, and often edited by safety without driver approval. If you have a break down the company threatens to leave you there for days if you refuse to limp the broken equipment to the nearest point of repair. Drop yards are no better than dirt lots with giant pot holes and trailers sink in the mud when it rains. No services in most of the drop yards including no overnight parking. Drop yards are shared with numerous other companies and equipment is often damaged or stolen. Pay is low and you have to be very diligent about checking every check as it is often short pay. Administrative and management personnel are some of the best snake oil salesmen you could ever find.
