Pros

Company is not for the employees, No raises and would not recommend working here. Work hard to get shafted at the end with no remorse. Stay away from a company that only cares about upper management from RM and above.

Cons

Pay not good for the expectations, App does not load and try to go after DMs for undeveloped rep first 2 app. HR is a joke and does not stand behind employees.

Just a job, better than unemployed.

Cons

Micromanagment, no growth, employees beefing with each other to keep a job or get a promotion, one way or the highway, overal toxic culture.
