Pros
Great brands to work for and the sales manager are great to work with. Benefits are good and you do get to work from home.
Cons
Senior leaders need to stop hiring only their friends. It's very clear that if you don't look like them or hang out in the same circles as them, you can't move up through this company. Also, the owner is clearly a person who makes insensitive racial comments and I don't see any progress made to correct this issue. They talk about diversity and inclusion, but their actions show something completely different.
