Their only lead generation methods are email spamming and telemarketing (very expensive, with extremely low return).
They often don't know what to do with their human capital. One employee was moved 5 times within 5 months of being hired and left when they wouldn't allow her a meeting with HR about her position in the company. It seemed they got hostile quickly when she started asking questions.
Very high turnover and unresponsive managers they didn't care about the employees or even the needs of the clients. There often wasn't forward planning, but rather a scramble to accomplish things the same day.
Employees were required clock in and out for bathroom breaks, which seemed strange but no one spoke up for fear of being fired. Their was a lot of suspicion that made it an uncomfortable working environment. There is not a lot of trust for employees.
I saw many amazing clients come to Marketech then leave. It was disheartening to keep watching. Most actions are out of fear for a client leaving rather than proactive attempts to make their success rates better. Most days felt like the management was panicking.
