Basically no accountability, come in late, leave early, it's whatever

Cons

Manager slammed a steel pipe into the side of my office. Who knows who my boss is. No one knows what projects I should be completing first (probably because I report to several supervisors/managers). Poor pay, no accountability, some managers expect you to do their job for them.
