Pros

Upper management made large investments in upgrading the manufacturing equipment in some areas. Most of the work was still done in the U.S. rather than importing.

Cons

Even though the company invested lots of money in new equipment, the quality of the final product did not really seem to improve and if there were problems with the client there was not a lot of support for the people in customer service.

The people are great and the processes are improving. MAG is expanding and if you want to be good at your job they’ll help you.

benefits are expensive, you have to wait a year for just one week of vacation, pay is very low
