Money, nothing else at all

Cons

Training is awful they put you with someone who doesn’t even do your same work. HR doesn’t meet you and tells you false things. They want you to work overtime for no extra pay. Say they are family oriented but when it comes down to work or your family they let you go. They pick your stuff after you leave for the day then tell you over the phone and say there is no communication on why. Terrible place to work cares less about their employees only money.

The people are great and the processes are improving. MAG is expanding and if you want to be good at your job they’ll help you.

benefits are expensive, you have to wait a year for just one week of vacation, pay is very low
