The executive team is clueless. Despite the overwhelming negative feedback they have received, it seems they are completely oblivious to their own shortcomings and continue to delude themselves into thinking they are doing an outstanding job. Every month there is a new product to focus on. They have limited development resources available so nothing of substance ever gets accomplished. At this point, they are in a desperate scramble, grasping at any opportunity to make money. They lost a large digital client in 2022 because they couldn't be patient and kept pushing another new shiny product down the client's throat. The arrogance of the executive team is appalling. They have taken no blame for the loss and instead, blame a vendor. The way they've managed to rid themselves of anyone with a shred of digital leadership expertise is truly a masterpiece in self-sabotage. The culture at this company is very toxic. The catty, bullying atmosphere is brought on by the executive leaders.
