The company used to have a close knit and healthy company culture but changed a lot when they switched building and became a mid-sized company. Now the company culture is that classic corporate vibe that treats its production team like livestock and keeps the money at the top. Oh also they switched to MUCH worse health benefits that are so clearly awful compared to what they used to offer but during the switch, kept stating it was better as if the employees can’t read and won’t notice their deductibles being actually 10x higher than before.
