Pros

Nice work environment and other peers are okay to work with as well

Cons

They do not pay commissions out to sales people once you hit your targeted quota. They do not care to hold onto performers. They are only interested in taking your clients that you bring in. Many cons in this company and portray themselves as reputable. Sorry to say, but anyone in their right mind would not go work for them.

Pros

Marlabs have indeed placed me with their client that had a need for my skills. I did find the my interlocutor recruiter to be a pleasant person. The contract stipulated payments at 30 days after customer signed my timesheet for each month of work.

Cons

1. The company was late by at least three weeks to complete negotiations with the customer about my pay rate before I could start and it was difficult to get any information on the process even though I was told the customer authorized to hire me. 2. I did not have wisdom and/or option to include penalty clause into the contract for unreasonably delayed payments. 3. The first two payments were delayed and overdue by 4-3 weeks each. 4. Once my contract was completed and terminated after 6.5 months, my 5ths payment was overdue by 5 weeks. My 6ths is overdue by 5 weeks now even though I was assured it should have been released last week and would have been 4 weeks overdue. My 7th and final payment "should be processed soon after" in the words of my recruiter, but I have no based for any confidence I will get my two final payments.
