As for project availability, we empathize with you.
Rest assured that we are constantly working on ensuring that our employees always have sufficient client projects to stay occupied with and grow. In case these projects end for various reasons, some of them unpredictably, as is universal, we move those employees to “bench” and encourage them to utilize the time there to upskill themselves with courses and certifications offered for free via our partner platforms like Coursera, so that they are equipped to take on other roles as they become available. Sometimes, depending on the requirement internally, some of our benched employees have also found a match in other departments.
