Thank you for your feedback and the high rating you've given us. We believe only a great work culture can promote goodwill and highly motivated employees. Towards this, we've taken a lot of effort in designing 'The Marlabs Way', our culture framework, and take a lot of pride in the value system we follow. We hope you are also availing of the other facilities designed for employees, in addition to the cafeteria. We care deeply for our employees and have rejuvenation rooms and game schedules arranged for Martians, like Table Tennis, Pool, Foosball, Carrom Board, Darts, etc. to let off steam through their work schedules, where you might even catch some very good players. That being said, we have also taken note of your feedback with respect to promotions and appraisals. We are a fast-growing company and are constantly trying to ensure we improve our employee benefits. If you’d like to provide further feedback, please reach out to us at Marlabs_feedback@marlabs.com.

Pros

Marlabs have indeed placed me with their client that had a need for my skills. I did find the my interlocutor recruiter to be a pleasant person. The contract stipulated payments at 30 days after customer signed my timesheet for each month of work.

Cons

1. The company was late by at least three weeks to complete negotiations with the customer about my pay rate before I could start and it was difficult to get any information on the process even though I was told the customer authorized to hire me. 2. I did not have wisdom and/or option to include penalty clause into the contract for unreasonably delayed payments. 3. The first two payments were delayed and overdue by 4-3 weeks each. 4. Once my contract was completed and terminated after 6.5 months, my 5ths payment was overdue by 5 weeks. My 6ths is overdue by 5 weeks now even though I was assured it should have been released last week and would have been 4 weeks overdue. My 7th and final payment "should be processed soon after" in the words of my recruiter, but I have no based for any confidence I will get my two final payments.
